The Diamond L Ranch is recessed in the heart of West Texas about an hour and half West of San Antonio and a mere 20 minutes from Uvalde. With one of a kind blinds and majestic views throughout, the Diamond L offers multiple species of exotics and whitetail deer. No matter if you after the hunting or the escape the Diamond L is the getaway you have been looking for.
Our whitetail deer range from 120 – 300 class and on average weigh 100 – 200 pounds. Our exotics can range from A-Z. There are Adax to Zebras and everything in between!
In addition to our unique and popular blinds (the Eye Full Tower is pictured at the top of the page) we also offer guided hunts conducted in either safari, spot and stalk, or stand style. Weapons of choice include bow, muzzle loader and rifle. (Loaner guns/crossbows maybe available for rental.) There is a large meat cooler and freezers on site for your convenience, accommodating both large and small animals.
Uvalde, is historically known as the honey capital of the world, has a great deal of charm and history. Uvalde is the hometown of former Speaker of the house and Vice President of the United States John Nance and Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey. Did you forget something? Uvalde is far from a sprawling metroplex but you will find it has everything you need to help complete your escape including numerous restaurants, a movie theater, lodging, grocery stores and even a Wal-Mart.
